The goal of this session is to give me a better idea of where you are stuck, and where you hope to go.  It will also give me the chance to show you how coaching can help you move forward.

You will leave the session with one goal for the coming week that will help you take your first step forward.  After our session, I will send you a recap of our conversation, highlighting the goal you set for next the week.

Coaching is a creative partnership. I am here to help you discover your own unique path forward. Your job will be to create a map toward your ideal future based off of your values, passions, and definition of success. My job will be to listen, ask clear and direct questions, and hold you accountable to your vision.

During each session, we will check in on your progress, clarify your trajectory, and help you set the next steps for your journey.  After each session, I will send a recap of our conversation, a list of the goals you set, the timeframe for accomplishing them, and any questions I feel you should think about before our next meeting.

This session can take place in person, on the phone, or through platforms such as SKYPE or FaceTime.

The goal of this consultation is to give me a better idea of where your team is stuck, and what you hope to gain from group coaching and facilitation. It will also give me the chance to show you how facilitated workshops can help your company move forward.

During our consultation we will create a clear plan to meet your specific needs, and you will leave the session with an idea what type of workshops I can provide to get your team moving forward. After our meeting, I will send you a recap that will highlight your unique coaching plan.
